The AVN Awards 2014 confirm almost all predictions

There were no surprises at the ceremony of the 31th AVN Awards. Bonnie Rotten was chosen by the jury as "Female Performer of the Year 2014" and for the twenty y.o. artist from Cincinnati, Ohio, is a well-deserved triumph after a truly incredible 2013. AVN AWARDS 2014: New night of the stars in Las Vegas

The most important event in the hardcore international industry is scheduled this evening (evening will be in Las Vegas while in Europe will already be the morning of Sunday, January 19). The porn awards its excellence and crowns its Queens and Kings. As for the awards of "Female Performer of the Year" and "Female Foreign Performer of the Year", we presented all the nominations accurately in our blog, making you admire once again the beauty and talent of our artists. Now is the time to do a little predictions. It’s obvious that Asa Akira (1st picture), the "Female Performer of the Year 2013”,  is among the favorites again this year but promises to be a tough competition with Chanel Preston (2nd pic), Jada Stevens and Bonnie Rotten, all protagonists of a 2013 absolutely fantastic. 

To undermine this set of four favored we put Remy LaCroix and Riley Reid. A possible outsider, a name surprisingly, is rather to Sheena Shaw. Among the "Foreign Performers" we wrote several times and we repeat in this post, it should be a challenge France vs. Italy. The best non-american performers of 2013 for us were Anissa Kate (3rd pic) and Valentina Nappi. But be careful also to Anna Polina, Samantha Bentley, Cindy Hope and Ivana Sugar, they are possible outsiders in this competition.

For the award of "Best Actress" is a big favorite Brooklyn Lee (4th pic) who was the star of the remake of "Behind the Green Door" in the same role that in 1972 made famous and immortal the great Marilyn Chambers. 

 But last year were great interpretations also those of Maddy O'Reilly in "Not the Wizard of Oz XXX “, Allie Haze in "Clerks XXX", Penny Pax in "The submission of Emma Marx”, Lexi Belle in "Meant to Be" and Jessica Drake in"Sexpionage”. The jury, however, could choose to reward the extraordinary career of a diva like Jesse Jane whose acting skills, already known, have been confirmed in "Code of Honor".

For the award of "Best New Starlets”, according to the underdogs we are all for the wonderful Dillion Harper (5th pic) even though the two artists that could undermine the young talent of Florida are without doubt Christy Mack and Mia Malkova. We were surprised not to see among the nominees Adriana Chechik which in our opinion is the revelation of last year. Adriana is still vying for the "Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene" for her performance with Bruce Venture in "The Innocence of Youth 5”.

As far as the MILF Performer of the Year will be, as always, the battle between the evergreen stars Julia Ann and Lisa Ann, the provocative India Summer and Ava Addams (6th pic) and the fantastic Francesca Lé, Veronica Avluv and Zoey Holloway.
